All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane (2007)
\n “Do you want some toast?”\n
\n\nRyan appears as Tyson, an accountant, in director Louise Alston’s first film.\n\nAvailable in Australia on DVD, and you can order that DVD through Amazon in the US. You just can’t play it on a DVD player attached to a US TV, though most computers will work. This DVD is set to Region 0, meaning it’s playable worldwide without using up one of your “lives” if you play it on a DVD player set to a different home region. More info here.\n\nFilm web site.\n\nTrailer. Worth a listen even if you don’t go to the effort of getting the DVD.\n\nWhich, by the way, you totally want to do because the commentary consists of three people: director Louise Alston, writer Stephen Vagg, and Ryan Johnson. And there is some hilarious discussion of the cereal bowl scene.\n\n
